Banquet Server (On Call)

Overview The Post Oak Hotel is seeking a Banquet Server to join the only Forbes Five-Star Hotel in Texas. We hire passionate and professional colleagues who genuinely delight our guests through curated and authentic experiences. The Banquet Server will be responsible for consistently delivering positive, courteous, and professional guest service during banquet meal function and in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees. Responsibilities Set up banquet meal functions as prescribed by the Banquet Event order Perform tableside or buffet food preparation and service as required Ensure that banquet work station is clean and stocked with all items needed for the banquet function Inform supervisor of any problems and/or guest complaints Clean off all glasses, silver, china, etc. from all dinner tables, reception tables, and buffet tables during and after the function Greet guests as needed and continually monitors guests to ensure that their needs are met If app...
