Qualifications
Reporting to the Banquet Leadership Team, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Serve all food and beverage items for assigned banquet meetings
- Have full knowledge of beverage lists
- Have full knowledge of all menu items being served
- Set tables according to event order, clients’ specifications and Fairmont Standards
- Set rooms for functions that have food venues required
- Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the culinary field required
