Banquet Operations Lead - Elevate Event Experience

Amara Sanctuary Sentosa in Singapore is seeking a Banquet/Event Operations lead to ensure seamless event execution and exceptional guest service. You will coordinate with Catering Sales, brief the Banquet team, and manage manpower, welfare, and disciplinary matters in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and knowledge of liquor and food service laws, with ability to multi-task and relate to large crowds. Long hours and weekends/PH are expected.
