Oversee the preparation and regular update of individual Departmental Operations Manuals to ensure they reflect current standards, procedures, and best practices.
Ensure all Food and Beverage activities are aligned with Corporate strategy, and support the implementation of hotel-level action plans where applicable.
Maximize employee productivity through effective use of multi-skilling, multi-tasking, and flexible scheduling, balancing financial goals with guest satisfaction.
Focus on improving overall productivity, managing utility and payroll costs within acceptable limits, while ensuring optimal staff deployment and energy-efficient equipment usage.
Assist in the development of the annual food and beverage business plan, ensuring divisional strategies are aligned with the hotel’s business objectives and employee needs.
