Job Description

RCBC in Bacolod City, Philippines seeks a Branch Operations professional to provide over-the-counter teller services, process new accounts, and support back office tasks in line with the Branch Operations Manual and regulatory requirements.

You will help the Service Manager meet service standards, ensure fast, accurate processing, and handle customer inquiries with care. Fresh graduates are welcome; prior branch ops experience is preferred but not required.
