Job Description

Responsibilities

:
  • Responsible for project management of Operations including system enhancement, launching new products/ services, outsourcing, implementation of new circulars (local laws), HO rules related to assigned products, etc.

  • Support other Operation Groups in trouble shooting for operational errors/inaccuracies.

  • Support Team leader and Group Head in streamlining operation processes.

  • In charge of admin tasks in Operations Planning Group

  • Perform any other duties assigned by Management and Group Head
  • Job requirement:

  • BA/MA Degree in Banking/ Finance/ Economics

  • Have a good background and experience in banking operations. At least 5 years’ experience in banking operations.

  • Have good knowledge about project management and process management.

  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Fluent English, excellent computer skill, ...
