The role involves overseeing application and IT support, vendor coordination and system integrations.

Experience Required

  • 10+ years of experience in IT applications/support within banking or financial services.
  • Experience managing banking applications and production support.
  • Knowledge of core banking systems and banking operations.
  • Experience with application support and incident management.
  • Understanding of SQL databases, APIs, integrations, and middleware.
  • Familiarity with banking security standards and compliance.
