Banking Frontline: Customer Experience Advisor (Part-Time)

FNB Community Advisor in Lichtenburg is a part-time, 12-month hourly rate contract. You’ll serve customers promptly, understand their needs, and process requests with accuracy in a frontline role within the FNB Points of Presence network.

You’ll drive a positive customer experience, promote digital channels, and identify cross-sell opportunities to grow the client base while maintaining governance and service standards in a busy branch environment.
