You will work closely with experienced colleagues on complex domestic and cross‑border financing matters while developing your professional skills in a supportive, international environment.


Key Responsibilities



  • Support senior lawyers on complex financing transactions
  • Assist in drafting and negotiating financing documentation
  • Conduct legal research and prepare high‑quality memos, client notes, and transaction reports.
  • Participate in due diligence processes
  • Assist in regulatory matters
  • Support with client communication, meeting preparation, and matter management.
  • Ensure accurate drafting, version control, and transaction administration throughout deal execution.
