About the Role

This role is that are based mainly in branches, providing customers with a seamless banking experience, through meeting each customer’s end-to-end financial needs and goals across transaction activities, needs based conversations and educating them on the financial solutions available, including digital. They have the knowledge required to complete customer transactions, as well as have in-depth needs based conversations and fulfil products as per their accreditation level. They will deliver a high standard of customer service to ensure customers are not only satisfied, but strong advocates for ANZ.
