Job Description

RCBC is seeking a detail-oriented Branch Operations Associate to deliver competent over-the-counter services, handle teller tasks, and process new accounts in the Business Center. You will ensure compliance with BSP/AMLA regulations and internal policies while supporting branch objectives.

You will work under the Service Manager to provide fast, accurate service, resolve customer queries, and cooperate with cross-branch rotations as required.
