About You & the Role

As a Teller, you’ll ensure client satisfaction through friendly and efficient servicing of deposits, withdrawals, bills, and loan payments.


As a Customer Relations Assistant (CRA), you’ll help clients open and close accounts, guide them through savings and investment products, and ensure all documentation and procedures are properly completed.


What You Will Be Doing

  • Handle day-to-day financial transactions with accuracy and professionalism
  • Assist clients with deposits, withdrawals, bills, and loan payments
  • Open and close accounts while ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures
  • Provide clear guidance on savings and investment products
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
