Role Overview

Bank Support Worker (Full‑time / Part‑time). Position located in Newthorpe/Eastwood (NG16). Pay: £13.12 per hour.

Work with residents in a 4‑bedroom home setting, providing person‑centred care that promotes independence and wellbeing. Shift times are day (07:00‑14:30 or 14:30‑22:00) and night (22:00‑07:00).

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 support to residents throughout their shift.
  • Assist with daily living activities, medication administration and mobility support.
  • Apply Positive Behavioural Support techniques and record incidents accurately.
  • Collaborate with a team of 2–3 caregivers to ensure seamless, 24/7 coverage.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and supportive environment for residents.
