Job Summary

Bank Support Worker – enabling young individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health and complex needs to achieve positive, person‑centred outcomes. This role is based in Market Deeping, Lincolnshire.

Location

Market Deeping, Lincolnshire – 10 miles from Peterborough.

Responsibilities

• Encourage people to play active roles in the communities in which they live, fostering independence.
• Provide support for activities of daily living, including social activities, personal care, routines, meal preparation, budgeting and planning.
• Communicate effectively using clients’ chosen methods.
• Engage and motivate people to enhance their quality of life.
• Offer positive behaviour support approaches where required.
• Keep accurate records and report changes in health or circumstances to management.
• Work as a team player and exercise own initiative.
