Location: Llangennech, Llanelli
Contract: Bank contract, possibly leading to contracted position
Hours: Support Worker - Various Hours Available
Working pattern: As and when needed
Pay:
* Weekday / Weekends £14.84
* Sleep / On Call - £12.71 per hour

I am looking for a warm, bubbly, reliable individual to support me to live at home in my fully adapted property with my mum, so that I can live as independently as possible. I am 25 years old, have Cerebral Palsy and require care on a 2:1 basis. I have complex physical difficulties and receive input from a multi-disciplinary team of therapists.
I am known to have a great sense of humour and really enjoy attending concerts and musicals, as well as thoroughly enjoying the fun of watching reality TV programmes. It is ...
