  • Handle customer inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Manage incoming calls and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information and support regarding banking services.

  • Bachelor’s degree (required).
  • English level B2 or higher (Upper-Intermediate).
  • Minimum 1 year of call center or customer service experience.
  • Customer-focused and professional.
