Salary:22,000 EGP Gross

Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries with efficiency and professionalism. Manage incoming calls and resolve issues in a timely manner. Provide accurate information and support regarding banking services. Address and resolve customer complaints effectively. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (required). English level B2 or higher (Upper-Intermediate). Minimum 1 year of call center or customer service experience. Customer-focused and professional.
