Bank Program Lead

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or large-scale enterprise programs, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or program management role.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs within a bank or regulated financial environment.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, regulatory requirements, risk management, and compliance standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with executive leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
• PMP, PgMP, or similar certification preferred.
