. Work with Operations team to retrieve documents from source systems.

. Perform data maintenance with accuracy.

. Liaise with stakeholders to obtain additional information where required to ensure customers' information are updated accurately.

. Ensure standard operating procedures are adhered during processing.

. Ad hoc assignment by Team Lead from time to time.

. Support service improvement initiatives when required.
