Bank Healthcare Assistant (Developmental) - IOS

You'll be supporting our friendly Inpatient and Community Nursing Teams at St Mary's Hospital – a small, supportive setting that includes inpatient beds, a minor injuries unit, outpatient services, and community nursing. You will help deliver high‑quality care to patients of all ages, working alongside our dedicated nurses and healthcare professionals. Your day‑to‑day will include assisting with personal care, supporting patient wellbeing, and helping with basic clinical duties. This is a developmental role, so we will help you build your knowledge and confidence to progress into a Band 3 Healthcare Assistant position.
