Role

Full-Time Bakery Supervisor in Manning, AB. Wage range: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour.

Job Duties / Responsibilities

• Lead daily bakery operations
• Measure, mix, scale, and hand-mould various types of artisanal breads
• Operate bakery equipment (e.g., commercial mixers, rack ovens, proofer, bread slicer)
• Hand-mould bread, baguettes, boule, etc.
• Bake and score traditional bread and bakery products
