    Position Summary - Assistant/Wrapper

    Maintains current product knowledge of Bakery items. Removes product from baking pans and garnishes. Weighs finished products and logs into records. Packages, wraps, and labels baked goods. Stocks and rotates Bakery products onto tables and pallets. Assists with other Bakery duties as assigned. Follows proper Bakery and general safety and sanitation procedures and standards. Provides prompt and courteous customer service. Cleans and sanitises Bakery area, Bakery Equipment, and Bakery utensils. Re-stocks necessary supplies and ingredients.
