Bakery R&D Lead — Product Innovation

Alphasearch Pte Ltd is seeking an R&D Bakery Specialist to innovate new bakery and pastry products for a regional food business in Singapore. This role requires strong hands-on expertise and a proven track record in product development.

The ideal candidate will work closely with various teams to ensure products meet market trends and quality standards, with emphasis on Asian-style bakery products. A culinary degree and prior experience in Asian markets are preferred.
