Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a Commis 1 - Bakery & Pastry to assist in producing a wide range of baked goods and pastries to the highest culinary standards. You will support the Head Pastry Chef and Sous Chef, ensuring accuracy in recipes, timing, and presentation.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in a bakery/pastry role, a culinary diploma in baking and pastry, and a keen eye for detail. The position requires flexibility for weekends and holidays in a fast-paced western-style restaurant
