Who are you

• You already have some experience as an operator, preferably in the food or bakery sector.
• You have at least an MBO level of working and thinking.
• You have a solid understanding of food safety standards such as HACCP and product quality.
• You are open to working shifts and don’t mind early or late hours.
• You work well in a team but can also stand your ground when needed.
• You think in solutions rather than problems and act quickly.
