Bakery Manager – Co. Wexford

Excel Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting a Bakery Manager on behalf of our client’s supermarket in Co. Wexford. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced bakery professional to take full responsibility for a high-performing in-store bakery, driving quality, sales, and team performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Salary: €38k – €40k

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operation of the bakery department, ensuring consistent quality and availability of products

  • Lead, train, and motivate the bakery team to deliver high standards and excellent customer service

  • Drive bakery sales, margins, and profitability while maintaining tight control of waste and stock levels

  • Ensure products are prepared, baked, and presented to the highest standards
