  • Prepare and produce bakery products such as bread, buns, rolls, loaf bread, and other dough-based items according to standard recipes
  • Handle full bakery production process including mixing, kneading, proofing, shaping, baking, and cooling
  • Monitor fermentation, dough consistency, proofing time, and baking conditions to ensure consistent product quality
  • Ensure all bakery products meet required standards in taste, texture, weight, and appearance
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation of bakery workstation and equipment in compliance with GMP/HACCP standards
  • Operate and maintain bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, proofers, and dough sheeters safely and properly
  • Manage ingredient preparation, stock usage, and minimize wastage
