The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both traditional and modern techniques, and a passion for creating exceptional products that meet brand standards and customer expectations

– Create and produce a wide range of bakery and pastry items including

– Croissants (classic, filled, and creative variations)

– Breads (sourdough, brioche, focaccia, baguettes)

– Cakes and cake batters (sponge, chiffon, pound, and layered cakes)

– Cookies, muffins, brownies, and bars

– Tarts, eclairs, choux pastry, and mille-feuille

– Middle Eastern and international dessert items

– Seasonal and custom-designed baked products
