Main Functions

The Bakery Application Specialist will work in a multidisciplinary project team for developing new enzymes and ingredients and will functionally report to the Research Associate.


Key activities for this position include:

  • Perform and develop baking tests

  • Understand bakery process and baking ingredients

  • Implement baking protocols and solutions that cater to the unique preferences and requirements of various regions

  • Enhance the infrastructure of bakeries to optimize production processes and ensure the highest standards of efficiency and quality
