Job Summary

The Baker is responsible for preparing, baking, and presenting high-quality bread, pastries, and baked products in accordance with company standards. The role ensures consistency, food safety compliance, and timely production to support daily operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to approved recipes and standards
  • Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients accurately
  • Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers safely and efficiently
  • Monitor baking processes to ensure proper texture, color, and quality
  • Decorate and finish baked products as required
