Job Description

What you’ll do:

  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service and respond to product inquiries.

  • Order, receive, inspect and store raw materials and supplies used in the preparation of baked products.

  • Prepare, mix and bake a variety of products including breads, rolls, buns, pastries, cookies and specialty items according to established recipes.

  • Operate commercial bakery equipment including mixers, proofers, ovens and slices safely and efficiently.

  • Monitor product quality, freshness and consistency throughout the baking process.

  • Maintain a clean, organized and food-safe work environment, including daily sanitation of bakery areas.

  • Rotate inventory and remove outdated or unsellable products to minimize waste.

  • Work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, weekends and stat holidays as required.
