Job Description
- Prepare and bake breads according to recipes and quality standards.
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately using appropriate equipment (mixers, ovens, proofers, etc.).
- Monitor baking times and temperatures, adjusting as necessary to maintain product quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, tools, and baking equipment.
- Estimate daily production quantities based on sales trends, customer demand, and store inventory to minimize waste and ensure product availability.
- Assist in tracking inventory and alerting the supervisor when ingredients are running low.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and improve recipes or introduce new products.
- Work efficiently to meet production deadlines, especially during peak hours or holidays.
