• Prepare and bake a variety of breads and desserts.
• Assist the Senior Baker in daily kitchen operations.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored and available for production. Ensure presentation of finished items.
• Manage schedules and meet requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the bakery area.
• Follow proper food safety and hygiene practices as per the safety norms.
• Operate and maintain bakery equipment safely
• Work as part of a team to ensure timely and quality food service.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisors.
