25–30 hours per week
Monday to Friday | Midnight – 6:30am
No weekends (unless you want overtime)

We’re working with a small, family‑run village bakery producing fresh bread daily — no mass production, no corporate setup, just a tight‑knit team that takes pride in what they make.

The role

• Working overnight alongside the Head Baker to prepare doughs and bake for the next day
• Mixing, shaping and baking a range of fresh breads
• Keeping quality consistent — this is proper craft, not just process
• Managing your section independently during quieter periods
• Keeping everything clean, organised and running smoothly
