We are seeking a highly capable and experienced L2 Backup and Storage Engineer to manage the integrity and efficiency of enterprise data protection systems. This role involves proactive troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and optimization of backup and storage environments using leading technologies like Commvault, NAS/SAN, RAID, NFS, and Active Directory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve escalated issues in backup operations, especially using Commvault
• Conduct regular performance assessments of NAS/SAN environments
• Validate, reconfigure, and troubleshoot RAID arrays and storage failures
• Diagnose issues with NFS mounts, permissions, and connectivity
