1. 8 12 years overall experience
2. 2+ years in Backstage / Developer Portal (preferred)

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Backstage OSS platform development and backend architecture
2. Design & develop backend services (Node.js, TypeScript)
3. Build & customize Backstage plugins (10 12 integrations)
4. Integrate with enterprise tools:
1. GitLab, Artifactory
2. IBM ELM (EWM, ETM)
3. Collibra (good to have)
5. Develop service catalog, scoring, discovery, APIs
6. Ensure SAML SSO, RBAC, and security compliance
7. Collaborate with DevOps, QA, Security, Architect
8. Deployment and Implementation

Must-Have Skills
1. Backstage OSS (hands-on)
