• Operate backhoes and other heavy machinery to complete various construction tasks.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment before use.
• Follow blueprints and project specifications to ensure accurate work.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and other team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations on the job site.

Requirements
