Backhoe Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate backhoe equipment for excavation, trenching, and material handling.
• Follow site plans, instructions, and safety procedures.
• Inspect machinery before and after use to ensure proper functioning.
• Perform routine maintenance and report equipment issues.
• Coordinate with team members to complete tasks on schedule.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience operating backhoe or similar heavy machinery.
• Knowledge of excavation and construction safety standards.
• Ability to work in various weather and site conditions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
