Job description:
Operate backhoe safely and efficiently for excavation, trenching, grading, and material handling, particularly in sheet piling and foundation works.
Operate vibro hammer (vibratory pile driver) to drive and extract sheet piles accurately according to project specifications.
Assist in aligning and positioning sheet piles and in setting up associated equipment.
Conduct daily equipment checks, perform routine maintenance, and report any faults or issues immediately.
Work closely with engineers, site supervisors, and the rigging team to ensure safe and timely pile installation.
Follow all safety protocols and regulations, wearing appropriate PPE and promoting a safe work environment.
Maintain accurate logs of work completed, machine use, and maintenance activities.
