At Mimacom, we are looking for a Backend Tech Lead to join a long-term international project for a global industry leader. This role goes far beyond technical excellence: we're looking for someone who can act as a trusted advisor, challenge decisions when needed, and bring structure, ownership, and leadership to both the customer and the development team.
