Job Title: Backend Software Engineer (Java)
What you have
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
3+ years of experience in backend software development
Deep expertise in Java Spring Boot and Microservices architecture
Proficiency in observability tools including ELK Stack, Grafana, and Distributed Tracing
Experience with Cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
Strong experience designing and consuming REST APIs
Experience designing and optimizing schemas for both PostgreSQL and MongoDB
Experience working in fast-paced Agile or Startup environments
Experience managing container orchestration with Kubernetes
