Job Description
We're hiring a Backend Software Engineer to help build and scale high-traffic, customer-facing products used by millions of users worldwide.
You'll work in small, autonomous agile teams, owning backend services end-to-end and building scalable, resilient microservices in a modern product environment.

Design, build and maintain backend services at scale
Collaborate closely with product, frontend and mobile teams
Improve performance, reliability and code quality
Experiment with new technologies and contribute to engineering best practices
What we're looking for
4+ years' backend engineering experience
Strong OOP background (Ruby experience a plus, not essential)
Experience with APIs, SQL & relational databases
Comfortable working on high-availability, high-traffic systems
Fluent English and a collaborative mindset
