nocap inc is a team focused on innovating in consumer social and content creation. Since it was founded 1 year ago, the team launched 3 apps to production: Captions ( nocap ( and spam app (#2 on the App Store on launch day –

You will be joining an early team where you’ll have an outsized impact on both the product and company’s culture.

Responsibilities

As a backend engineer on the team, you’re responsible for rapid prototyping new ideas, developing new features and improvements to our existing products, and ensuring our systems are secure, performant and well-tested. Our backend is built with Node/Firebase.

Qualifications

Qualifications: 1-3 years experience in backend services; strong communication skills; you know your fundamentals
