We are looking for a Backend Runtime Engineer to build the governed runtime foundation of our AI platform, including the run-event model, policy decision point, secure execution flow, and trace persistence.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of backend software development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python .
  • Experience with policy-as-code , authorization, or access control systems.
  • Strong understanding of secure runtime and backend service design.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and automated testing.
  • Advanced English (B2+ or higher) .

Nice to Have

  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate development, testing, and documentation.
  • Knowledge of AI agent architectures, tool-call mediation, or autonomous systems.
