Backend (Python) – Remote (Brazil & LATAM)

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead – Backend (Python) to join a top global company in a 100% remote position. You'll lead backend technical strategy, guide engineers, and work hands-on building scalable, high-impact systems alongside an elite international team.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development
  • Strong expertise in Python (backend development)
  • Proven experience in a Tech Lead or Senior Engineer with leadership responsibilities
  • Experience designing and owning backend architecture and scalable APIs
  • Solid background in testing (unit, integration, TDD preferred)
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure (mandatory)
  • Comfortable with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
