Backend-Focused Full-Stack Developer with AI/ML Training Experience

We are seeking a highly capable Backend-focused Full-Stack Developer with strong experience in AI/ML model training, particularly YOLO-based computer vision, to support the development of a production-grade asset inspection system.

This is a
full-time, remote, long-term
role suited for a hands-on engineer who can contribute across backend architecture, database design, frontend integration, and AI model training/inference workflows.

Responsibilities

Backend Development

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using
  Python (FastAPI / Flask)
• Build secure and scalable
  REST APIs
  for core workflows such as - a) Image upload and processing, b) Model inference execution and c) Results storage, retrieval, and reporting
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and system reliability
