UST is seeking a Backend Engineer (Java / Spring Boot) to design, develop, and deploy scalable backend systems in a modern micro-services environment. The role requires strong Java/Spring Boot skills and experience with Kafka event-driven architectures in a DevOps context.

The position is hybrid in Madrid with 3 days at client office, and English at advanced level (B2+/C1). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software and participate in planning sessions.
