About the Role
We’re hiring for an early-stage, well-funded Bangalore startup building a next-generation general automation platform powered by AI agents. As a Backend Engineer, you’ll bridge AI and infrastructure—designing scalable services and orchestration layers that enable multi-agent LLM systems to operate reliably across desktop, browser, and mobile environments. You’ll ship production systems fast while getting dedicated time (15–20%) to explore cutting-edge AI research.
What You’ll Do
Integrate and optimise multi-agent workflows using Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Open AI SDK, or similar frameworks
Implement custom task-orchestration logic for complex automation pipelines
Write production-grade APIs and microservices in Python, Type Script, Go, or Rust
Design and maintain orchestration infrastructure (Kubernetes, Nomad, or equivalent)
Build and tune stateful networking layers with Traefik, Envoy, and load-balancers; ensure high-performance VNC/remote-desktop con...
