We are seeking a skilled backend developer to create a RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) system that will power our Customer Support Bot. The ideal candidate will have experience indexing Zendesk Knowledge Base content and handling historical Zendesk ticket data. The goal is to enhance our customer support experience by making information readily accessible. The solution must be Azure-hosted.
