Job Description

We are seeking experienced Backend Developers to design and implement large-scale distributed systems for US enterprise clients. Work onsite building high-performance backend services using Java/Python with strong OOP, data structures, algorithms, and database expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineering managers to define and scope high-quality features
  • Break down requirements into architecture and deliver production-ready code
  • Own end-to-end responsibility from requirements to release deployment
  • Write clear technical documentation for team knowledge sharing
  • Participate actively in design and code reviews
  • Build scalable backend services with an operational excellence focus
