Backend Developer

The Platform Backend Engineer is a vital member of the Core Product Build Organization , which represents our Highest Priority . This role is focused on the technical execution of our foundational infrastructure, specifically the implementation of multi-tenant architecture and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) .

Working within a selective, Not Full Team environment, you are responsible for building high-integrity systems where architectural mistakes are fatal later . You will ensure that all backend development supports the admin workflows that are core to launch success while maintaining the Build Velocity required to ramp once architecture is locked .
